  • Where is the store based?

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Delivery time for local orders may range from 2-5 working days after mailing out.

    Delivery time for international orders may take up to a month or more once mailed out, depending on your country and its restrictions.

  • Lost Packages

    If you suspect that your package has been lost, please contact your local post office regarding it. I am not responsible after i have sent out the packages. Thank you for understanding.

    In any case your package has been returned to me, i will notify you via email. I can either provide you a refund without the initial shipping cost, or a request to re-ship the product with a new shipping fee.
